Check amount : {$7300.00} Wells Fargo ATM XXXX Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NC XXXX On Saturday XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX pm I tried using the check deposit feature at the Wells Fargo atm bank near me. I got to the deposit part and inserted the check, then it threw an error that disappeared quickly and kept my check. You could say it ate my check. At XXXX I then called the customer service where the first person told me XXXX out of luck go back Monday XX/XX/XXXX, they then tried to transfer me to the next tier and the call was dropped. I called back then the second person basically said the same thing and the call was dropped. Called back again and this person was going to set up the claim but needed the full check amount which I needed to get from my pay stub so I had to call back. Called back again and this person tried to end the call early but I asked them to do a claim and they took all the info but then did not file any claim. I noticed nothing in my app so I went to the branch in the morning of XX/XX/XXXX and asked for help. The branch XXXX told me there is nothing she could do but set me up with the banker. The banker called in a lo and behold the claim was never filed. She then filed it for me and I was told XXXX business days to get an answer. I noted to each person XXXX days is not doable this is their machine and it ate my check and I need help because I have no money in my account. Why this is so important is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX this is my first pay check back at work and why its paper. I need this money to pay bills and eat food and put gas in my car pay my car payment. My account is XXXX {$260.00} and yet no one at Wells Fargo cares to help me. I am trying to not only make my account even but pay my bills and now XXXX at risk of XXXX my credit. I didnt even get a priority tag on the claim but them declining my card every day gets a priority It feels ever more ridiculous that no one will help me to expedite the process or it happens that my calls are always dropped XXXX getting the run around and have no idea when XXXX actually see this check and my work cant reissue it until Wells Fargo gets the check
