I am filing this CFPB federal complaint to report these separate fraudulent accounts appearing on my consumer FICO credit report which I do not recognize as reported and which can be in the jurisdiction of identity theft and fraud. The FCRA states a consumer must have clear and conspicuous understanding of disclosures before any agency furnish any information to a consumer report. These fraudulent accounts consist of charge-offs, collections and inquiries that are unrecognizable, unverifiable and not validated for my permissible permission pursuant to my rights within the FCRA and FDPCA laws and standards and is causing unauthorized financial harm to my consumer report through premeditated identity theft and fraud.
