This is incorrect and omits several years of on-time payment history, which materially impacts my credit profile. There is no valid reason this account should be treated differently unless the creditor failed to furnish accurate data. I initially spoke with a representative named XXXX, who transferred me to another representative named XXXX. During our conversation, XXXX incorrectly asserted that credit reports " only go back a few years '' and claimed the bank has no control over how the data is presented. He further insisted that all relevant data had already been reported, which directly contradicts the records shown on my credit reports. XXXX did not offer any resolution, refused to escalate the matter, and dismissed my concerns, despite clear evidence that other credit accounts from the same time period report full payment histories accurately.
