They are using an automatic dialer to call my cell phone. When I answer, a recorded voice says " we are not available to take your call now, please hold ''. When I XX/XX/XXXX the phone number they are calling from, it appears to be a fake debt collection scammer. They need to stop on so many levels. Please help.
