I had a payday loan from XXXX XXXX for XXXX almost 2 years ago. I did not have the pay back amount on time and told XXXX this, they refused to give me extra time to pay and closed my account immediately and sold my debt to a 3rd party who has contacted my Job, Manager, co-workers, my mom, my ex husband and also calls my personal phone some days more than half a dozen times. They continue to call from different numbers in surrounding areas to where I live. They have threatened if I do not make a payment they will file a court case and a warrant will be put out for my arrest.
