Despite this, the issue remains unresolved in a manner that is fair and equitable to me as required by the FCRA. I sent a notice to your agency, including a FTC Identity Theft Report, and also filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau CFPB. With this letter I have also included a FTC XXXX to further substantiate my claim. Method of Verification Dispute Notice : Remove these Fraudulent Accounts, Inquiries & Inaccurate Personal Information. Your agency has clearly refused to follow the law and honor my previous request so I am requesting a reinvestigation and demanding your agency to explain your METHOD OF VERIFICATION in verifying these items, pursuant to the Fair Credit.
