On XX/XX/XXXX, I deposited {$480.00} into an ATM machine at TD Bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY. An error occurred. The machine said it could not return the money I deposited and asked how much I entered into the machine. It said it would be a forced deposit. I received a receipt for the {$480.00}. I went inside the bank, spoke to a teller and a bank officer, explained what happened and was told it would probably corrected after the weekend since XX/XX/XXXX was a Friday and maintenance company doesnt come on weekends. My deposit was treated like a check and {$100.00} was made available to me. Overnight that {$100.00} became {$20.00}. I called customer service, filed a dispute. Two weeks later I was given provisional credit for {$460.00}, but it was reverse credited a week after that. I filed another dispute and was credited {$360.00} because they said I was approved for only {$120.00}. Ridiculous. I filed another dispute. Again the same thing happened. I want my money back. Its their machine and they are responsible.
