On Sunday, XX/XX/2024, I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, ordered a product called XXXX XXXX, a liquid weight loss supplement advertised online with the offer : XXXX XXXXXXXXBottle Try 60 Days Risk-Free. After using the product for about one month, I experienced severe XXXX and decided to return the product. On XX/XX/2024, I contacted Discover Card customer service to obtain information about the merchant so I could proceed with the return. I was provided with the phone number XXXX, which I called. During that call, I was instructed to return the unopened bottles to the following address for a full refund of {$290.00} : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, FL XXXX I confirmed the return address again on XX/XX/2024. That same day, at XXXX XXXX I shipped the package via USPS from XXXX XXXX, MD XXXX. A representative assured me that the return had been received and that a refund of {$290.00} would be processed back to my Discover Card. However, to date, no refund has been issued. I have since spoken to eight Discover Card dispute representatives and two dispute managers regarding this matter. Despite following all instructions and returning the product well within the 60-day risk-free period, I have yet to receive a resolution.
