There is a fraudulent account on my credit report, from XXXX XXXX. I showed proof that the email address used on this account is not me. I also showed that I never personally received any statements regarding this account. When I spoke to the customer service team they confirmed they could not locate an account with my information. I have told Experian several times but they refused to remove the info, when transunion and equifax did remove this. Experian is clearly ignoring my complaints
