I am filing this complaint against XXXX, a financial services provider, regarding inaccurate and unfair credit reporting. XXXX has been reporting a negative payment history on my credit report for an unresolved balance of {$7.00}. However, the company suspended my account, which has prevented me from accessing the account or making any payments to resolve the balance.
