My identity has been compromised and used to obtain residence in XXXX and XXXX. I wrote to Equifax to update the incorrect information on my credit report profile, Equifax requested enlarged copies of my driver 's license and social security card. Meanwhile, I provided these information during my initial request. Either Equifax can not read, or they have robotic response that response to categorized information with generic responses. However, I provide the same information again, and yet they refused to update the incorrect information on my credit profile. My next verbal communication with them requesting an update, Equifax informed to provide showing an FTC identity theft and a police report. I sent those 2 reports with copies of my driver 's license and my social security both enlarged on XXXX sheet. Equifax responded stating that they can not remove the unknown addresses unless I provide them with the same FTC report, the police report, my driver 's license and my social security card that I previously provided. This is a clear violation of the FCRA section 605B. I have attached all requested documents from FTC excluding my driver 's license and SS card as these documents have sensitive information and shall be provided to Equifax again for the 4th time.
