Me and my husband, XXXX XXXX, are joint owners on the vehicle loan. We filed for XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. We excluded the vehicle loan from the XXXX completely at the advise of our attorney, and continued making payments on the loan for the life of the loan. We have been on time with payments. We pulled our credit reports as we are looking to buy a house in the next year and noticed Ally Financial reported that the loan WAS included in the bankruptcy, and stopped reporting any payments in XXXX. This loan was NEVER included in the XXXX, and they have gladly continued taking my money for the past 6 years. This is a huge hit to both of our credit reports and I believe this is unfair representation from the company.
