I am submitting this general dispute against Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX for continuing to report four ( 4 ) auto loan charge-off tradelines that are currently under active CFPB investigation : XXXX XXXX Account # : XXXX ( CFPB Case # : XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX Account XXXX XXXX XXXX ( CFPB Case # : XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # : XXXX XXXX CFPB Case # : XXXX ) XXXX XXXX Account # : XXXX ( CFPB Case # : [ insert if available ] ) Over the past five months, I have submitted multiple legally compliant disputes to the credit bureaus concerning these accounts. In every case, the original furnisher has failed to provide proper validation, such as auction records, deficiency balance breakdowns, or IRS Form 1099-C. Despite this, the credit bureaus have : Failed to suppress or delete these tradelines Continued to furnish unverified data Sent multiple generic template letters, including repetitive requests for identity verification even after I submitted my drivers license, Social Security card, and bank-issued credit card statement through this portal I am now demanding a full legal reinvestigation and deletion of any tradeline that remains unverified. The bureaus are violating : FCRA 611 ( a ) failure to remove unverified data FCRA 607 ( b ) failure to ensure reporting accuracy FCRA 623 ( b ) continued furnishing by data providers who failed to validate Metro 2 guidelines failure to reflect active legal disputes I respectfully request that this matter be escalated for review by a CFPB compliance officer or investigator, as the pattern of inaction by both furnishers and credit bureaus demonstrates widespread FCRA noncompliance.
