Consumer Narrative

I have XXXX closed accounts on my credit report which makes sense because I basically fell off the face of the earth in XXXX when my life fell apart and I lost everything including any and all contact with any debt collectors of any kind which is why I'm not sure why there are XXXX collections on my credit report in XXXX now especially after reviewing all of the dates on when the original accounts state that they were opened as well as when they were closed, all of which exceeding the XXXX year mark. I'll list the debt collectors below with hopes that i can get help removing them from my credit. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX for {$420.00} saying they were transferred the debt on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) Date opened XX/XX/XXXX with a closing date of XX/XX/XXXX although I have not had any contact whatsoever with them since late XXXX at the latest to date. Collections agency XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX Date opened XX/XX/XXXX Balance {$3900.00} This one is showing up for something that isn't even listed on my credit report anymore as anything open or closed ( atleast not that I can see ) and while knowing that I've not had a credit card since XXXX and haven't made any payments on anything or talked to anyone about any debts over the years I am 100 % certain that this debt should no longer be on my credit report. Lastly is XXXX XXXX XXXX collections XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX Date opened with them is XX/XX/XXXX But the date this debt was originally opened and passed I can not find nor do I believe this one is even correct based on the information I can see. All the same statements apply to this debit collection agency either way, thw only time I used XXXX ever in my life was around XXXX and have not had any contact with anyone from there in all the years since nor did I ever think I even owed them any money. I know that under the FCRA these debts must all be removed from my credit report based on the original delinquency date and not when the debt was last sold or paid even though I'm sure that doesn't matter in any of these cases anyway. Hopefully with the information I have provided this is atleast enough to get things rolling or hopefully even just take care of the matter ( XXXX ) all together. Please feel free to reach out to me at the email or phone number I provided with any questions or concerns that you may have. Thank you. XXXX XXXX
