Late payments were reported on my credit report after contacting XXXX XXXX multiple times to make sure my balance was paid in full. Every time I called a payment was made over the phone and a representative had a different story for why I had an outstanding balance. At the end of the phone conversation Im always informed that my balance is paid in full, but yet it still gets reported to the Credit agency as a late payment. I need to remove the following late payments for my credit report due to the information being inaccurate. I am filing a complaint because my creditor XXXX and XXXX is reporting late payments on my on my XXXX XXXX account # XXXXXXXX XXXX that is inaccurate and not properly verified. I have disputed this directly with the credit bureau and the furniture but the payments remain without proper validation or documentation Under 15 USC 1681 S2 a furnitures must report accurate information under 15 USC 1681 I the credit bureaus must perform a reasonable investigation within 30 days. Neither of them have provided sufficient evidence to support the negative evidence.
