TRANSUNION, EQUIFAX, EXPERIAN RE : DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS FCRA 605B COMPLIANCE REQUIRED WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS To Whom It May Concern, This letter serves as an official and final notice to immediately remove all fraudulent and unauthorized accounts listed below from my credit file, in accordance with FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ). You are now in receipt of a legally sufficient identity theft report, as well as the required signed statement, and I am demanding full compliance with federal law.
