On XX/XX/year> I had funds stolen from my account via XXXX XXXX they used my passcode to send themselves 2 transactions 1 in the amount of XXXX and another in the amount of XXXX. I disputed this with my bank and they denied the claim. Although theyre 2 different transactions for 2 different amounts sent to the same number that is listed in the XXXX XXXX transactions with an out of state phone number. The only fraud prevention that was sent was a text that the perpetrator intercepted being that had my phone allowing the money to be sent. This happened in XXXX XXXX LA on XXXX XXXX a police report has been filed the same night. This is not usual activity on my account, and the account was not frozen or no other action taken as the amount were substantial.
