This complaint to SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE was the result of their non compliance to my request and for their refusal of getting the items, listed below, to be removed from my credit reports. They neither removed nor responded to my request which I believed to be against the Federal Credit Reporting Act 's rules. Thus, I am sending this complaint to seek help and assistance to help me block the concerned items for they were found erroneous and unauthorized.
