I am writing to formally dispute a Derogatory account that has been deleted and reinserted into my credit report multiple times without proper notice, in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ) and 15 U.S.C. 1681i. XXXX XXXX. Account # : XXXX Date ( s ) Deleted and Reinserted : [ XX/XX/year> deleted and Reinsertion XX/XX/year> ], which is the XXXX deflation by the credit bureau. This account has been deleted and reinserted more than five times, yet I have never received written notice within five business days of its reinsertion, as required by law. The credit bureau has not corrected the Inaccurate information, which violates FCRA section 15 U.S.C. 1681i. I am requesting the following under my rights provided by the FCRA : 1. Immediate removal of this account from my credit file due to failure to follow proper reinsertion and inaccurate procedures. 2. If the item is to remain, a full investigation and documentation showing the verification method must be conducted. Please conduct your investigation within 15 days, as you have already spent more time than the law requires. I will restate the inaccurate information in this account and upload the supporting documents showing the erroneous information and where the credit bureaus deleted the account in the past. Account # : XXXX XXXX. 1-The opening date is not accurate 2- 2-The credit limit is not accurate 3-The last report date is not accurate 4- The Last active date is not accurate 5- The date of the last payment is not accurate. 6-This account was charged off on the following date ( MONTH, YEAR OF FIRST CHARGE OFF ) Since then the account has repeatedly been updated as charged off every month. This is an update in the payment history. A charged off account should NOT include an active payment history. This inaccurate information falsely manipulates the statute of limitations. You failed to investigate this account properly and your neglect has violated my rights. I am demanding a deletion of the following account : XXXX XXXX to be deleted. Please delete this account from my report according to FCRA Section 15 USC 1681.
