XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX RE : DISPUTE OF FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT - XXXX XXXX Account : XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX To Whom It May Concern : I am writing pursuant to my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., to formally dispute inaccurate and fraudulent information that appears on my credit report.
