In addition, we will be adding on and filing a claim against you for all costs, including any incurred fees, past due interests, attorney fees and court costs. If this can be settled, make your check payable to XXXX and mail it to my office address below or send ACH or Wire payment to the account below. Now that I have demanded the required information, and XXXX has failed to furnish them in the legally required timeline.
