I was a student at XXXX 's XXXX XXXX in XXXX Texas from XXXX. Enrolled primarily as a refresher course. My initial tuition was supposed to be covered by XXXX XXXX. During my enrollment/orientation process student loans were spoken of. And or highlighted as supportive agents. But needless to say I never say any part of any money from a student loan. But checking my fasfa eligibility several weeks ago I became aware that I am in default and being held responsible for students loans. Although this maybe a quietly kept common occurrence amongst educational institutions. I still am seeing a great since of significance regarding the situation. And derogatory ethical practices are very light references. Because it really On base is much more serious and much extreme descriptive gestures are warranted. But I'm no judge or jury. A loan was produced and received in my name that I never touched. I need to be released from all liability
