I have never lived at the two addresses listed above and I do not recognize many of the accounts. This raises serious concerns that my identity may have been compromised. I submitted formal disputes to the credit bureaus and to each furnisher listed above, requesting investigation and removal of all unverifiable or incorrect information pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) and 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Legal Violations and Consumer Rights : Under 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 3 ), furnishers must report the results of their investigations and correct any information found to be inaccurate. Despite this, many of these accounts continue to be reported without proper verification or evidence of my liability. If identity theft is involved, these accounts must be removed under the Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act ( 18 U.S.C. 1028 ) and the FTC 's guidelines for disputing fraudulent accounts. Personal Impact : These inaccuracies have severely damaged my credit score and impacted my ability to obtain housing, employment, and credit. I have suffered undue stress, emotional distress, and financial hardship as a result. Requested Resolution : I request that the CFPB investigate these matters and compel each listed furnisher to provide documented verification of the debt including signed contracts or documentation linking the debt to me. If they can not do so, I request immediate deletion of these accounts. I also request the removal of the two inaccurate addresses from my credit file. I have attached supporting documentation including prior dispute letters and identity theft report filings. I respectfully urge the CFPB to take appropriate regulatory action to ensure my rights as a consumer are upheld. Thank you for your assistance.
