Impact on Me : Due to these false entries : Ive been denied credit and financial opportunities. Ive experienced increased interest rates on existing accounts. Ive suffered stress and reputational harm. Relief Requested : Immediate deletion of all inaccurate charge-offs, late payments, and collections. Removal of all unauthorized or unnecessary hard inquiries. A full investigation into the furnishers and the CRAs ' reinvestigation processes. Written confirmation that these items have been corrected across all three credit bureaus. I respectfully ask the CFPB to ensure full enforcement of the FCRA and to protect my rights as a consumer. These ongoing inaccuracies are unjust and mustbeaddressed.
