XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX Subject : Formal Dispute of Unverified Late Payments Request for Immediate Deletion To Whom It May Concern, This letter is a formal dispute under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), XXXX U.S.C. XXXX, regarding late payment entries currently reported on my credit file.
