I filed a complaint for a second time on XX/XX/XXXX and received a decision the XXXX denying my dispute a second time stating " it lacks all of the previously requested information needed to validate your dispute ''. The letter stated " send us ( any ) of the following supporting documentation : A copy of your sales invoice or purchase agreement/contract, including evidence to support how the merchandise you ordered is different than what you received. A statement that includes the number of times the merchant tried correcting the problem, including a description of how you tried to resolve the dispute with the merchant. For installed parts that were returned, the date and proof of return, or the date they were made available for pick-up. A refund voucher or other documentation ( if you received any ) supporting your claim that a credit is due to your Capital One account. '' I submitted substancial evidence of screenshots between the seller and I meeting to return her the item. I submitted proof of attemps of contacting to get a reciept but only heard from her recently. In the voicemail she stated she told my credit the item was returned and falsley lied how the item was returned and how she did not get her money back. Therefore, I stated in my letter the reason why I was not able to get a reciept is due to her dishonesty and lack of communication. I have submitted messages how the item was not an honest sell within the messages and she only then stated her store policy in the messages. I submitter proof with dates how many times I attempted to call seller. I showed messages of seller and I meeting to return the item. I dont think my credit is investigating thoroughly. If they did call the seller and she admitted the return of the dress, why is that being taken into evidence? I even sent screenshot of her voicemail stating the item returned. I explained how I feel uncomfortable asking her for a reciept as her dishonest behavior of how I returned the item is just distressing. I returned the dress. Why im I being punished for not getting a reciept from a dishonest seller who somd me a {$300.00} not in good condition which I explained the flaws in the messages as well to the seller making it clear she should have disclosed the flaws before selling. I am very dissapointed with my credit.
