I deposited a check from my attorney in a personal injury case in the amount of {$48000.00} on XX/XX/year> ; I did this at the Huntington bank in XXXX MI. 2 days later I was locked out of online banking. When I called for assistance I was told that my account was being closed and that I needed to wait until the funds cleared before I could withdrawal the. Well I received that email on XX/XX/year>. I called the XXXX number and asked. If I could go and get my funds at the branch. I was told yes. I went to the branch and nobody would help me. I went to 3 branches that day and all of them this me booting and wouldn't help me. XX/XX/year> I called XXXX. Talked to a manager named XXXX. I was on the phone with her for almost 40 mins. We she can't back on she informed me that she was talking with the back office and they were gon na make a note I'm my file that I was good till collect and withdrawal my funds. She told.me to wait until Saturday. Saturday morning I went to the bank again. This time I was told XXXX never noted anything and they couldn't do anything. Third check is from my attorney. He already has to put the check into a XXXX account for it to clear. That took 10 days. Huntington is telling me that the check still hasn't cleared as of Saturday the XXXX. I am in dire need of this money. My children and I have not had anything since the accident. I spent 20 days in XXXX and my XXXX was XXXX I understand they don't want my business but I don't understand why they won't give me my money. I cried too them begged them. I even told them I have documentation stating I'm by that this was a good check. Well documented from emails back and forth. They didn't care of want to see them.
