On XX/XX/25 I spoke with a service representative in branch and manager that confirmed the {$520.00} promotional bonus code would stack with their 4 % interest rate and the {$520.00} bonus should post by XX/XX/25. The bonus has not posted in the specified time period terms. Sense these are XXXX separate offers and I am entitled to both the {$520.00} bonus for opening the XXXX savings account and the 4 % promotional interest rate added on a separate occasion. Nothing in the terms prevents me from receiving both since I wasnt a current owner of a Wells savings account, nor had I received any other savings offer bonus or promotional rate requiring a bonus code in the past 12 months ( per the terms of the {$520.00} offer ) and nothing in the terms prevents me from also getting the 4 % promotional rate ( per the terms of the 4 % offer )
