This constitutes a clear violation of the FCRA, and as such, I am demanding the immediate deletion and permanent blocking of the XXXX XXXX account from my credit report. If Equifax is unable to provide full and proper verification within the statutory timeframe, the law mandates removal of the account. I respectfully request that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigate this matter and take appropriate enforcement action.
