When I inquired about making a lump sum payment into my escrow account to offset the increasesomething many other lenders allowI was explicitly told by a supervisor that " Freedom doesnt do that. I have a fixed-rate mortgage, yet no previous lender has made such frequent increases. As a XXXX household, these unjustified changes are becoming unsustainable.
