On XX/XX/year>2025, I sent an identity theft report, via certified mail, that was received. This mail included a copy of my driver 's license, social security card, and a utility bill to Transunion Intermediate Holdings, Equifax Information Services , LLC, and Experian Information Solutions INC. because I am a victim of aggravated identity theft. According to 15 USC 1681c-2 ( a ) a consumer reporting agency must block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than four business days after the date of receipt by such agency. They, the credit bureaus, failed to block and remove all the accounts on the FTC Identity Theft Report. My credit report is still reporting an accounts for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and a collection from XXXX XXXX XXXX. This has cause me great XXXX XXXX and financial hardship. Proof is not a account or payment history, Someone has done fraud to my credit profile and has been paying account on my credit profile. Please do not provide proof of account or payment history.
