My personal information was sold to an INNOVATIVE RECOVERY INC. by a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX out of spite this is not a bill that I owe. This information was placed on my credit in order to block me from being able to buy or rent an apartment. I have been harassed by INNOVATIVE RECOVERY INC. for a debt that I do not owe. On XX/XX/year>XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and XXXX XXXX for {$1200.00} this issue with missing use of my credit result from an eviction. on XX/XX/XXXX I went to court for an eviction I was being evicted because I was accused of working for XXXX XXXX and when I told them it was not me and that XXXX does not verifiy employment they still wanted me to get out of an apartment I lived in for 13 years. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX came to court with all kind of papers trying to accuse me of owning a business. Before this case went to court. I did everything they asked me to do they said if its not you file Identiy theft. I reported my information to the IRS. I was sick of their threats and moved out 2.5 months earlier. When the court date came they were expecting the judge to tell me I had to get out but Judge XXXX told me she would give me another 5 days to get the information I said no that is okay let them have the apartment I moved out XXXX ago I don't need it. They were stund then Judge XXXX ask me what are you doing here then I said I don't want my name missed up in case I need housing again. They were so angry because I let them carry on like fools. Then Judge XXXX asked if I owed any back rent any money they all said No. she does not owe any money Judge XXXX ask why are y'all evicting her then they said its because she was working and did not report it. Judge XXXX gave me a copy of the Judgement which states I owe XXXX in rent and XXXX in attorney fees. Then 04 months later I started receiving letter emails and calls from INNAVATION Recovery Inc saying I owe {$1200.00} in rent attorney fees and damages. I kept telling them you have the wrong person and the wrong information This year I decide to pull my credit to see where I stand because I want to buy a home at the end of the year I saw a {$1200.00}. When I contacted XXXX XXXX about the charges this is when she told me I owed {$1200.00} for damages trash removal and attorney fees. I told her that it is not true you told the judge I owe XXXX dollars plus that information is false that the apartment was left clean I asked XXXX XXXX to remove my information from this collection agency because she knows it's not true. I told her when my son move out you said they owe XXXX dollars you didn't even take them to court or place it on their credit. you are just mad because I let them jump through hoops and I had already moved out your are trying to damage my credit by saying I owe money so I want be able to rent or buy.
