A XXXX XXXX XXXX collection for {$1000.00} related to XXXXXXXX XXXX A closed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account previously charged off. I sent multiple formal disputes by certified mail to all three credit bureaus under my rights outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically citing Sections 609 and 611. I also invoked Metro 2 compliance standards, demanding that all data be verified using proper coding and legal documentation.
