Consumer Narrative

To Whom It May Concern, This is my sixth formal dispute concerning accounts and inquiries that continue to be reported inaccurately and unlawfully on my credit report. Despite prior disputes, these items remain unresolved. As such, I now demand full reinvestigation under FCRA 611, Metro 2 Compliance, and FDCPA 809 where applicable. Disputed Accounts : 1. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Opened XX/XX/XXXX : This account is reporting late payments. However, there is no method of verification or detailed payment history provided to confirm accuracy. Under FCRA 609 ( a ) ( 1 ), I request the original signed contract and MOV ( method of verification ). If this can not be provided, the account must be removed. 2. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Charge-off reported with a balance. If a 1099-C was issued, then continuing to report a balance is a violation of IRS regulations and constitutes double reporting. This violates Metro 2 guidelines and the FCRA 602A accuracy clause. 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Charge-off with no proof of ownership or contract ever submitted. This furnisher is in violation of FCRA 623 for continuing to report unverifiable information. 4. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Opened XX/XX/XXXX and still showing a charge-off without evidence of current ownership, balance validation, or IRS reporting XXXX Reporting a balance post-charge-off without tax documentation may be unlawful. 5. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Reported with a charge-off. I request documentation including full chain of custody of the account, the original signed application, and proof of debt ownership. Failure to provide this within 30 days is a violation of FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ). 6. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This account is outdated, charged-off, and potentially re-aged. The continued presence of this data after multiple disputes shows a failure in your reinvestigation process. 7. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Reporting a charge-off with a balance of {$1500.00}. If this account has been forgiven or settled in any form, continued reporting of a balance is misleading and violates both the FDCPA and Metro 2 Format standards. I demand deletion of all the above accounts if you can not provide original documentation, proof of accuracy, and MOV within the statutory 30-day window. Unauthorized Inquiries to Be Removed : I also dispute the following hard inquiries, which I never authorized. Under FCRA 604, no hard inquiry may appear without permissible purpose or consumer consent : XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX None of these inquiries were initiated by me, and I have not given written consent for any of them. If the original documentation showing my signed authorization is not available, these inquiries must be removed immediately. If you fail to remove or correct these inaccurate items within the 30-day period, I am fully prepared to escalate this matter with : The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) The Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) My State Attorney Generals Office I demand full compliance with federal law. Continued inaccurate reporting constitutes willful noncompliance, and I am documenting all actions for future legal recourse.
