XXXX XXXX A merchant cancelled and refunded a charge for {$2000.00}. I stayed in contact with said merchant and by XX/XX/XXXX I had not received the refund -- so I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and attempt to get their help in getting my refund. I provided my bank with proof of the cancelled transaction, all communications with merchant which clearly state they refunded my money, documents from refund and even witness accounts over the course of the last XXXX months. Yet I've continued to receive a denial. I've asked for the documentation they used in deciding my claim and I was sent a page withXXXX sentences on it, and the very last one was incorrect. Once I addressed that they asked for more information and then denied again. As of XX/XX/XXXX I still have not received my refund of {$2000.00}.
