I sent a letter to transunion notifying them of the reinsertion of the XXXXXXXX XXXX account number XXXX into my credit report without proper certification of accuracy and notification to me, as mandated by FCRA Section 611 ( B ). waiting for 35 days atter sending the letter, transunion has failed to remove the reinserted account from my credit report, continuing to violate FCRA regulations. XXXX actions have caused signiticant and potential harm to my credit profile, impacting my ability to access fair credit terms and financial opportunities. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter directly with transunion they have neglected to take appropriate action, a lack of accountability and compliance with federal Laws.
