2 late payments are showing on my Wells Fargo account XXXX. The late payments were due to information that was breached from the CRA and my banking account was compromised that made payments to this account. I tried several times to make the payments but it kept coming back from my XXXX XXXX banking account as insufficient. The XXXX XXXXXXXX account was compromised therefore making it unable to successfully submit payments. After the XXXX XXXXXXXX account was investigated and fund restore all payments were made to Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo even removed late payment fees. Iam requesting that these late pays ( derogatory info ) been reported to the CRA because of this one time event that was not my fault. The CRA compromise was a national issue which now is represented with fraud alerts on all my accounts. Thank you in advance for having these late pay reporting taken off of my reports it is causing hardship for me in applying for a home mortgage.
