I am filing a dispute to have the payment applying and credit reporting tactics investigated. I recently check my report and seen that not until the end of XXXX did XXXX do any updated credit reporting for my account. They had not did any updated credit reporting since XX/XX/XXXX. Upon this new reporting within a XXXX day span they reported me XXXX days late for XXXX and XXXX days late for XXXX. The suggested that I was past due {$150.00} for XXXX and that I was past due {$300.00} for XXXX. This first piece of information shows that the credit reporting is incorrect as my monthly payment is {$150.00} so how could XXXX I only be XXXX days behind with a {$300.00} past due. Also there had been no credit report updates for several months. This took me by surprise as I actually spoke with a representative from XXXX due to a recent break in employment because of XXXX to explain that it had affected my allotments. She explained that because of the pause in work they could not get the direct deposit allotment for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and she received a partial allotment of {$25.00} for XX/XX/XXXX. This conversation was in early XXXX and the representative advised that that long as I paid an extra {$50.00} that the account would still report current which I did on XX/XX/XXXX. She stated the {$50.00} and the {$25.00} received XX/XX/XXXX would cover the XX/XX/XXXX payment. Therefore I would only be missing XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payment by the new reporting which would make me under XXXX days late. All the while my account still reported current on my XXXX portal. XXXX then received XXXX direct deposit allotments on XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX for {$75.00} which I called again to see how they payments would be applied. The representative stated that these payments would then be applied to my XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments. Therefore come XX/XX/XXXX when the account status updated I would owe for the XXXX payments in XXXX for {$150.00} however my account still would not have been XXXX days late. None of what was paid and what was explained by the reps and what shows on my account portal matches. Now it is may I call the rep because my credit score has dropped XXXX points because of this reporting error and I explain to the rep what I was told about the reporting, how I have been in constant contact with the company to make sure I am doing the right things to avoid this and he states it just going to continue to be reported late. I state to him that even on my account portal it shows current yet your reporting to the credit bureau that it is XXXX days behind every month that your online portal states its current. He says he understands that it does say current and he can see but they are still going to report it late. For the month of XXXX they have received a XXXX direct deposit allotments for {$75.00} on XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX which should cover XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX payments. They have also received a total of {$100.00} debit card payments on XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX which should cover XXXX payment and {$30.00} of XX/XX/XXXX payment. For which I should owe today on XX/XX/XXXX a total of {$45.00}. However on my portal it is stating I owe {$78.00} dollars and is showing my account is current. Yet I see XXXX report where it continues to state that my next payment date is XXXX how when I have already paid past XXXX and I think this is where their reporting errors is stemming from. I have provided all the payment history from the account. The pictures of how it is reporting to my credit. Also the pictures that it is reporting current and always has on XXXX yet reports late on my credit report. None of the balances that are ever reported on my report match the balances on the summary that I printed from their website. I ask to speak with a supervisor or manager XXXX and was told they would have to call me back I still have not got a return call. I also notice they have not given any credits for receiving allotments in a row for eligibility for refinance as promoted.
