The continued presence of these accounts constitutes negligent and potentially willful noncompliance under XXXX U.S.C. XXXX and XXXX, and exposes the furnishers and bureaus to civil liability. I demand immediate deletion of the disputed items from all relevant credit files and written confirmation that these accounts have been permanently removed.
