This issue started back in XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. I was out of the country at this time and I later found out around XX/XX/XXXX that I was charged for ordering a product with my XXXX credit card ( Comenity is the bank institute ) in XXXX XXXX, the amount was around {$75.00}. I have never received this product. It was a fraudulent charge and I submitted a charge dispute in XX/XX/XXXX and closed the credit card so that there wouldn't be another fraudulent charge. By XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX, XXXXComenity claimed they " investigated '' and just because it was logged in their system that the product was delivered to my home address, they continued to charge me along with a huge interest charge. Then they reported to the credit bureau which is now significantly affecting my credit score. The significant in credit score drop over what started off as a {$75.00} charge now up to {$280.00} is strangely suspicious. Something small should not has a drastic affect on my credit score.
