I purchased the vehicle in XXXX in and around XXXX or XXXX i was making my payments to the finance company which out of XXXX, Utah the company that financed me was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. When covid hit i was out of work for 6 mo. I called the finance company and they were unwilling to work with so i haf no choice but to voluntarily give up the vehicle. The loan officer or manager let me know the next steps which would they would auction the cat and whatever is left over i woulf be required to pay back to them. Time goes by i recieve no communication from XXXX XXXX XXXX i check my credit i check my credit abd i see a debt of XXXX from north american recovery which was opened XX/XX/XXXX i called they said we own your debt from new start. I let them know that i was not notified by XXXX XXXX that they sold my debt off and i requested a debt validation letter that i still have not recieved.
