I reached out again last evening and this morning to Cash App about my claim. Last night I spoke to a XXXX and after a long conversation I was disconnected while being transferred. Today I spoke to XXXX and XXXX and was told they were giving me the wrong claim number the number was for a claim by an XXXX XXXX. So option wa to resubmit a new claim or email the special unit which according to XXXX they do not have a phone line only email. So again they are still delaying the process of the claim and it giving me information so I may submit it to my bank.
