In accordance with the credit fair reporting act. The list of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15USC 1681 act. I look at my report from XXXX on XXXX XXXX2025 and I noticed some things are not accurate and according to the fair credit reporting act whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates accuracy. And according to 15 USC 1681. They are suppose to do this treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information in general after investing In accordance with the credit fair reporting act.
