I am a victim of identity theft and have submitted two official FTC Identity Theft Reports ( Report # XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX and Report # XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX ). Despite this, Experian and TransUnion continue to report unauthorized accounts and inquiries. Fraudulent inquiries include : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX SBA, and others My personal information ( including SSN and identity documents ) was exposed in data breaches. I provided proof of this exposure and submitted fraud alerts. Experian and TransUnion have failed to act in compliance with FCRA 1681b and 1681c-2. I am requesting permanent removal of these inquiries and all associated fraudulent accounts.
