Consumer Narrative

EXPERIAN you have been given an abundance of opportunities to exercise your non-negotiable duties under the FCRA in regards to the inaccurate reporting of transactional information on my consumer credit report via the furnishing of inquiries and charged off closed accounts with a reporting owing balance when in fact such balances have been discharged and satisfied through multiples means including written off for a Tax benefit and are said accounts are NOT to be reported with a owing balance as ruled by previous Courts see Cf. Midland Funding, LLC v. Johnson, 137 S. Ct. 1407, 1414 ( 2017 ). The furnishing of these accounts do not meet the requirement of MAXIMUM ACCURACY and are INACCURATELY reporting on my consumer report and are also reporting as INCOME according to IRS TOPIC 431 and income does not belong on a credit report being automatically accurate there for under the FCRA you must be deleted these accounts IN FACT. You have already admitted to your violations and have properly deleted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and a XXXX inquiry as required under the FCRA but willfully continue to furnish the remaining inaccurate accounts information. I have given you an abundance of opportunities to correct the reporting of these inaccurate account which have caused me incredible harm including the loss of my federally protected RIGHT to extend credit. I have attempted to resolve your violations and have even attempted to settle this matter between the parties via a settlement offer which you received on XX/XX/XXXX and REFUSD. You are herby placed on Notice that you have violated the FRCA and have caused me severe damages that can not be undone. I am willing to resolve this matter with you once and for all one last time in good faith and request you to properly delete or correct to 0 balance the furnished inaccurate account information on my consumer credit report under the name XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and DELETE ALL INQUIRIES and pay via cashiers check in the amount of {$130000.00} to the address given for the harm and suffering you have caused me over the pass 3 years where I have lost my RIGHT to extend credit and have lived in fear of being looked as less than a human being. You have a non-negotiable duty to delete ALL inaccurate information on a consumer credit report under the FCRA that does not meet the requirement of MAXIMUM ACCURACY. Requested in good faith.
