XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Subject : Dispute of Unauthorized Hard Inquiries on My Credit Report Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to formally file a complaint and dispute regarding multiple unauthorized hard inquiries that have been reported on my credit file without my knowledge or consent. These inquiries have negatively impacted my credit score and do not reflect any credit applications that I have knowingly initiated. Please find attached a copy of my government-issued ID, a recent utility bill for address verification, and a copy of my credit report highlighting the disputed inquiries. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I appreciate your assistance in helping me protect my credit profile from further unauthorized actions. Ps, I also noted that on my credit report there is a name that does not belong to me. I was not able to take it up with the credit agencies, but Im hoping you can adjust this issue as well.
