Equifax continues to report inaccurate as well as unauthorized " personal information & transactions '' on my Equifax Consumer report despite my demand for the Company to validate the debt in an initial & re-investigation showing actual proof of my signature & authorization. This is a direct violation of 15 USC 1681b & 1s2a. Equifax also placed an unauthorized fraud alert on my account without correcting the problem, denied reporting these things while I have and show proof that it indeed is currently reporting & haven't been updated.
