I've recently received a copy of my credit report and noticed a lot of inaccuracies and unauthorized accounts/information reporting to my credit report. These remarks have been detrimental to my life and credit health. My Information has also been exposed in a data breach and Identity theft is being committed. I am filing a complaint because my creditor is reporting late payments on my account ending in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX that are inaccurate and not properly verified. I have disputed this directly with the credit reporting agencies and the furnisher, but the late payments remain without proper certification /validation or documentation. under 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( s ) ( 2 ) a furnishers must report accurate information. Under 15 U.S.C. ( i ) the Credit Reporting Agency must perform a reasonable investigation within 30 days. Neither the Creditors nor the Credit Reporting Agencies have provided sufficient evidence to support the negative reporting.
