I called XXXX Funding to ask about said debt when I received the summons in a XX/XX/year> saying that I was being sued by XXXX funding and was told they have nothing and it was turned over to Legal team called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I wanted to ask why wasnt I notified prior before receiving a summons to either dispute the debt or etc and I was not given any information besides speak with their lawyer.
