i did not authorize my XXXX to be on my account. i received notification that it was verified but i reached out to the courts where i filed and they stated that they never released my information to anyone to do so. also the collection account on my credit report i had no knowledge of or received any notification of this debt. i am requesting that both be removed from my credit report immediately.
